Position Overview

Core Responsibilities:

As a key player in corporate accounting, your role will encompass a variety of essential functions, including the management of fixed assets, general ledger account assessments, month-end closing activities, and bank reconciliation processes.

Key Duties:
  • Oversee the asset-tracking system; facilitate the RPA approval workflow; evaluate asset expenditures.
  • Administer the capital budgeting process along with all associated reporting.
  • Supervise depreciation schedules and entries.
  • Conduct analysis on specific balance sheet accounts as necessary.
  • Perform account analysis as required.
  • Record journal entries as needed.
  • Execute month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial closing tasks as required.
  • Provide financial management assistance as needed.
  • Support the annual financial audit process.
  • Engage in additional special projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Ability to engage with all levels of management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach is essential.
