About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Master Craftsman to join Steed Global at Steed Industries. As a Master Craftsman, you will play a vital role in the construction process, responsible for creating smooth, durable surfaces on floors, sidewalks, and walls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize advanced finishing techniques to produce exceptional results, including floors, sidewalks, and walls.
  • Prepare and set forms for concrete pours with precision, ensuring accurate dimensions and alignment.
  • Evaluate finished surfaces to guarantee they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Operate various hand and power tools safely and effectively, maintaining them in good working condition.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain adherence to all safety regulations and best practices on-site.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in concrete finishing is highly valued.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete finishing or related construction roles.
  • Detailed knowledge of concrete properties and finishing techniques.
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Salary:

$24-$36 per hour, based on experience and skills.
