  • Collaborate with senior maintenance personnel on complex tasks.
Qualifications
  • Preferred background in trades, though not mandatory.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for fitness and well-being.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor.
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential.
  • Familiarity with at least two of the following areas: Basic Plumbing, Basic Electrical, Basic Tile Work, Basic Drywall.
  • Ability to listen attentively and work independently.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions, using appropriate language and behavior.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record may be necessary.
Physical Requirements
  • Engage in continuous standing and walking throughout the shift.
  • Regularly communicate in person or via phone.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, with occasional heavier lifting.
  • May encounter hazardous materials during the work shift.
