Senior Financial Analyst - REMOTE

This is a 6-month contract role with Jobot Consulting, a complex healthcare organization with an amazing team and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive financial planning and forecasting processes for the business unit, including revenue, expense, and headcount planning.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial reports to senior management, providing insightful analysis.
  • Track performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
  • Support Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.
  • Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team.
  • Drive process improvements and policy development initiatives that impact the function.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. MBA or other relevant Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, data analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience in working with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and financial forecasting.
  • Experience with financial modeling and analysis, including understanding of financial statements.
  • Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis and present findings to senior management.
