Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist

Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Travel Respiratory Therapist to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to work in our NICU department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric respiratory care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in the NICU department
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient ventilation and oxygenation
  • Perform routine and emergency procedures as needed
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies
Requirements:
  • NC license
  • 2 years minimum experience
  • Experience with Peds and NICU
  • PICU, PEDS ER, PEDS Floor, PEDS MS. Skills: Monitoring, Vent Management, O2 Therapy, Draw ABGs
  • BLS
  • NRP
  • PALS
  • Must have RRT credential
  • NPS Cert preferred
  • Experience with Servo I, EKG preferred
  • Experience with Neonates and infants, ground transport preferred
