As a Lead Cashier at Ulta Beauty, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include:
Main Responsibilities:
• Promptly acknowledge and warmly greet each guest entering the store
• Complete select register open and close functions
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Recommend additional and complementary products and/or services based on guest interests or items already selected for purchase
