The Atlantic Group, a leading organization in the New York area, is seeking an experienced Business Project Coordinator to join their team. This full-time contract role offers the opportunity to become permanent based on performance.

In this position, you will prepare and analyze analysis on regulations and rule mapping to policies, manage project plans, controls, and ensure that the plans are aligned with wider program plans and controls.

You will drive activities to effectively engage stakeholders and implement change, leading a team through the project lifecycle while setting objectives and conducting individual assessments.

Work Schedule: 2 days in the office, 3 days work from home

Job Duties:

  • Own and drive project delivery to meet outcomes and milestones on time and target
  • Identify, track, manage, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
  • Lead and monitor production of project milestones, ensuring solutions support required outcomes and align with strategic goals
  • Analyze statements and prepare estimates for approval
  • Drive creation of financial business case
  • Track and report project costs, ensuring completion within allotted budgets
  • Ensure project deliverables satisfy requirements and adhere to governance framework

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate Degree required
  • 5+ years' experience in Investment Banking and project management
  • Strong project delivery acumen
  • Detail-oriented, hard-working, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for solving complex problems
  • Must be able to deliver regulatory projects
  • Must have investment banking work experience
