Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team at the University of New Mexico Hospitals. As a senior nurse leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of patient care and ensuring the highest quality outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient satisfaction, safety, and quality of care
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize resource allocation
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior nurses, promoting professional growth and development
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
