OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. This opportunity will provide you with the chance to work in a dynamic Progressive Care Unit setting and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.
Salary and BenefitsThe compensation package includes an estimated salary of $120,000 per annum based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week. Additional benefits include health savings account, dental benefits, vision benefits, life insurance, 401k retirement plan, and referral bonus.
Job DescriptionThis role will require you to work as a key member of the healthcare team in a Progressive Care Unit. Your responsibilities will include providing direct patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this position, you should possess a valid RN license, at least 2 years of experience in a PCU setting, and a strong background in critical care nursing.
