Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with mental health conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:
• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
• One year of acute psychiatric experience required
• BLS and ACLS certification
