● About Us:

○ A1A Behavioral Health was established in 2016… Here at A1A Behavioral Health, we provide exceptional ABA services.

○ Beautiful new 7,000 sq/ft center in the heart of Miami.

○ We are the fastest-growing ABA agency in South Florida.

● Summary:

○ As the BCBA, you will have the ability to decide how many clients you would like to take on.

○ BCaBA is also available upon request to further facilitate visits and other responsibilities.

○ Unlimited support will be provided on an ongoing basis.

○ Travel could be anywhere from Deerfield Beach to Homestead, depending on your area preferences.

● Responsibilities:

○ Familiarity with the BACB Task List (5th ed.)

○ Familiarity with the BACB Ethics and Discipline Code

○ Work in a center, home, or school setting

○ Attend meetings and trainings as needed

○ Conduct assessments with Lead BCBA

○ Monitoring and quality control of entire case load accepted

○ Providing supervision to RBT's

○ Maintain open lines of communication with the Lead BCBA and office staff

● Requirements:

○ Medicaid Provider

○ Active BCBA certification

○ Master's Degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education

○ 8-hour supervision course

○ Experience with children aged 2-18

○ Level 2 clearance

○ Professional Liability Insurance

○ CPR/First Aid/AED certification

○ HIV/AIDS, HIPAA, and OSHA certification

○ Fluent in English and Spanish

○ Reliable transportation and smartphone

○ Strong written and verbal communication skills

○ Strong time management and interpersonal skills

○ Open to feedback
