Job Title: Warranty Administrator

Tri State Truck Center Inc is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of all warranty claims for trucks serviced at our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process warranty claims to ensure eligibility for coverage.
  • Submit claims to manufacturers in a timely manner, following their specific guidelines and procedures.
  • Track and follow up on claim status, communicating with manufacturers to address any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, repair orders, and related correspondence.
  • Update customers on the status of their warranty claims and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure repair orders are complete and accurate.
  • Stay informed on manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and any changes or updates.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warranty administration, automotive or diesel service, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
Work Environment:
  • Office environment within a busy truck dealership.
  • May be exposed to noise and fumes from the service area.
