Thermodynamic Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Thermodynamic Scientist to join our R&D team. As a key member of our team, you will apply your scientific expertise to develop innovative liquid cooling and refrigeration solutions.

• Schedule and conduct scientific investigations to support current and new product development.
• Research, investigate, and propose technical solutions for liquid cooling and refrigeration projects.
• Apply advanced scientific analysis techniques and practices within your specialty.
• Build productive relationships with manufacturing, engineering, marketing, and technology groups.
• Actively participate in multi-disciplinary product development teams.
• Direct and train laboratory technicians during experiments.
• Present results effectively and respond to questions from the team.
• Prepare accurate reports and assist in comprehensive report preparations for new product formulations and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

• Detailed knowledge of refrigeration and liquid cooling systems.
• Experience in testing and simulating refrigeration and liquid cooling systems.
• Proficiency in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relational databases.
• Excellent communication and English skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently towards defined objectives.
• Understanding of new product development processes and workflow.
