We are seeking a highly skilled Thermodynamic Scientist to join our R&D team. As a key member of our team, you will apply your scientific expertise to develop innovative liquid cooling and refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and conduct scientific investigations to support current and new product development.
- Research, investigate, and propose technical solutions for liquid cooling and refrigeration projects.
- Apply advanced scientific analysis techniques and practices within your specialty.
- Build productive relationships with manufacturing, engineering, marketing, and technology groups.
- Actively participate in multi-disciplinary product development teams.
- Direct and train laboratory technicians during experiments.
- Present results effectively and respond to questions from the team.
- Prepare accurate reports and assist in comprehensive report preparations for new product formulations and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Detailed knowledge of refrigeration and liquid cooling systems.
- Experience in testing and simulating refrigeration and liquid cooling systems.
- Proficiency in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relational databases.
- Excellent communication and English skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently towards defined objectives.
- Understanding of new product development processes and workflow.
