The Finance and Accounting Leadership Development Program (FALD) at Navistar is designed for early career professionals eager to shape the future of mobility. As a leader in the commercial vehicle industry, Navistar is committed to innovation and sustainability in transportation solutions.
This comprehensive three-year rotational program provides participants with the opportunity to engage in various departments within our Finance, Accounting, and Operations Teams. Areas of rotation may include Manufacturing, Corporate Finance, Purchasing & Logistics, Product Development, Service Parts, and Sales & Distribution.
Flexibility in rotation assignments is a key feature of our program, allowing for experiences at multiple Navistar facilities across the United States.
Responsibilities- Complete three 12-month rotations in diverse finance and accounting roles across the organization.
- Engage in impactful projects that contribute to our business strategy and performance.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and finance experts to enhance your knowledge.
- Gain cross-functional experience to foster professional development.
- Participate in and lead cross-functional project teams.
- Develop essential skills in technical analysis, communication, and leadership.
- Build a network with fellow FALD participants and alumni.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with completion prior to the start of employment.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics in progress.
Additional Requirements
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments.
- Relevant co-op or internship experience.
- Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to engage with various organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
