Healthcare Leadership Role

West Jefferson Opco LLC is seeking an experienced and passionate Healthcare Leadership Role to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing the entire operation of a nursing unit in a long-term care healthcare facility.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a minimum of three years of experience, including one year in a long-term care environment. You will be responsible for managing area of responsibility with the goal of achieving and maintaining the highest quality of care possible. This includes planning and facilitating meetings and committees to address resident care issues, monitoring clinical operations, and ensuring that appropriate and quality care is administered.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct a team of nurses and caregivers, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
- Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN licensure (if state requires).
- Three years of nursing experience, with at least one year in a long-term care environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
