Healthcare Professional for Family Medicine

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting. With a focus on family medicine, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
About the Role:This part-time position is based in Ada, OK, and requires the provision of covered services to enrolled and unassigned patients. You will be responsible for examining, diagnosing, treating, and prescribing courses of treatment within your scope of training, experience, and privileges.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct, perform, or assist in the instruction of other healthcare professionals within the scope of your clinical privileges or responsibilities.
- Examine, diagnose, treat, or prescribe courses of treatment within your scope of training, experience, and privileges.
- Provide preventive and health maintenance care, including annual physicals, positive health behaviors, and self-care skills through education and counseling.
- Order diagnostic tests as applicable, and request consultation or referral with appropriate physicians, clinics, or other health resources as indicated.
- Technically proficient in directing and teaching other medical staff, providing educational lectures, and participating in the provision of in-service training to clinic staff members.
- A Master's degree in nursing from a NLN accredited program.
- ANA Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in either Adult Health or Family Practice.
- Authorization for prescriptive authority required.
- Three years of clinical nursing experience, with at least one year of experience as a CRNP.
- Experience in outpatient care in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine environment preferred.
- A current, full, active, and unrestricted license and registration as a graduate professional nurse in the state where the Outpatient Site of Care is located.
- A commitment to ACLS/BLS training and certification, with completion of VA mandatory training as requested.
- Status as a US Citizen.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
