Responsibilities- Support quality patient- and family-centered care principles through performing a variety of functions within a care team.
- Collect information and documents to support patient visits.
- Maintain complete, timely, and accurate clinical documentation for each patient.
- Deliver care as delegated by the authorized practitioner to assigned population or individual, based on patients' acuity, available resources, patient/support network preferences, provider schedule, and collaboration with other care team members.
- Communicate compliance and concerns to delegating physician/authorized practitioner/RN.
- Engage in change to improve the work environment and patient experience.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program or LPN.
- Basic Life Support Certification.
- Ambulatory Care Experience.
- AAMA Certification.
