As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and managing water, stormwater, and wastewater utilities projects from cradle to grave.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and develop preliminary engineering reports, new and rehabilitation designs, and project manuals
* Coordinate with other disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers
* Manage project advertisement, bidding, and construction administration
* Develop project schedules and analyze project budgets

**Requirements:**

* B.S. in Civil Engineering or related degree from an ABET accredited program
* NC Licensed Professional Engineer (or ability to obtain NC license within one year)
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (365) applications
* Experience with design of water distribution systems and/or sanitary sewer collection
* Familiarity with federal, state, and local agency regulations
* Good communication skills and ability to present to clients and attend meetings
