Salary

Job Description
As a Resident Caregiver, your primary responsibility will be to assist residents in all aspects of their daily life, as indicated in their individual service plans. This includes personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess basic reading and writing skills, as well as the ability to speak English clearly. Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred, but not required. You must also be able to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods, and lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
