Our 4West Surgical Unit is a state-of-the-art facility that provides scheduled and emergent care/procedures on a 24-hour basis. Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $108,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including full medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and two retirement planning offerings. Additionally, you will receive generous paid time off with annual rollover and opportunities to cash out, as well as 12-week paid parental leave.

Essential Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you must possess a BSN degree, RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware, and one year of nursing experience in an acute care setting. You will also need BLS Certification and a commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire date if not already obtained.
