Job Summary

The Hot Section Module Center (HSMC) at RTX is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join the Digital Transformation (DTx) team. This role will play a crucial part in improving the way the organization utilizes data, driving cultural change towards a connected, automated, and intelligent future in HSMC.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various sources, converting raw data into meaningful and actionable insights.

• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for digitization.

• Develop and deploy reporting tools that can be used across multiple manufacturing sites.

• Work closely with the Digital Technology team to ensure data infrastructure meets organizational reporting needs.

• Support stakeholders with statistical analysis to identify trends, validate assumptions, and test hypotheses.

• Create documentation and standard work for digital products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, computer science, engineering, or finance.

• 3+ years of experience in a related role.

• 2+ years of experience with SQL.

• 2+ years of experience with Power BI or similar BI software, such as Qlik Sense or Tableau.

• Strong communication skills.

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Preferred Qualifications

• Python programming skills.

• Experience with SAP and Solumina.

• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma.

• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes.

• Familiarity with change management principles.
