Operational Duties:

Ensure compliance with tuxedo rental operations and support staff in executing their roles effectively.

Participate in local bridal shows as required and assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing merchandise.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Follow detailed instructions and retain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product information.

Communicate effectively with team members and customers, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented sales environment.

Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching to assist customers and manage merchandise.

Maintain a presence on the sales floor for extended periods, engaging with customers and supporting store operations.
