Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive sales growth by effectively promoting and selling Party City products, including party supplies, decorations, and gifts.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and service targets, as well as deliver on key business initiatives.
  • Utilize technology to enhance the customer service experience, including in-store pickup, delivery, and curbside pickup.
  • Manage and plan daily and weekly workload to deliver on store sales goals and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
