Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment runs at required specifications.
  • Complete work orders on time and notify supervision of any inadequacies or parts shortages.
  • Review and modify work instructions as needed.
  • Respond quickly to line calls for machine repairs and adjustments.
  • Develop processes to eliminate repetitive maintenance issues.
  • Adhere to company and OSHA safety guidelines.
  • Use a computerized maintenance management system correctly.
  • Interface with the storeroom to resolve parts issues.
  • Work overtime as needed to meet labor resource needs.
Requirements
  • Technical degree in a manufacturing technology discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment involving mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic hardware.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining high-speed manufacturing equipment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP's), ISO, and quality system regulations is preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing, repetitive hand and arm motions at times.
  • Lifting (up to 50Lbs) and moving containers of cartons, tubes, and materials.
  • Operating within cool temperature and low humidity conditions.
