Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume of complex denials, including minor and major surgical procedures

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical and billing departments, to resolve denials and improve revenue cycle performance
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and optimal performance

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
