Job Description

At Framebridge, we are revolutionizing the custom framing industry by transforming a complex experience into a seamless one. To achieve our mission, we need to build a talented team across various disciplines - e-commerce, retail, design, and manufacturing. We operate online and in our 20 retail stores, with two manufacturing facilities in Richmond, KY, and Winchester, VA. Our goal is to deliver high-quality custom products at an affordable price with a quick turnaround.

Position Overview

As a Production Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to develop a team and master the tools, processes, and operations. This hands-on supervisory role will actively participate in the training and production process. You will assist the Operations Manager in leading and developing your team, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, performance, and engagement are maintained.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain workflow by setting processing variables, observing control points, and monitoring personnel and resources.
  • Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, and establishing priorities.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by educating and directing personnel on the use of control points, equipment, and resources.
  • Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Resolve employee issues by analyzing data, investigating issues, and identifying solutions.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 Years of Supervisory Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work Day or Weekend shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Great work ethic and ability to motivate others.
  • Basic computer skills and comfortable with learning business-specific software.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk the production floor for long periods of time.
