Experienced Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team at Allay Restoration Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our office with various tasks related to Finish Carpentry.

• Hanging and taping drywall, as well as texture blending and matching.
• Performing basic framing repairs, including subfloor and subdeck repairs, and underlay installation.
• Painting walls, trim, and other items requiring paint matching or color change.
• Installing cabinetry, casing, crown molding, baseboard, flooring, vinyl sheeting, and insulation.
• Meeting time requirements for tasks as needed.
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients.
• Performing occasional demolition work to facilitate necessary repairs.

• Understanding of all phases of construction.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A valid driver's license with a clear motor vehicle record.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in construction trades.
• The ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• A friendly, honest, professional, and outgoing demeanor.
• A passion for working with clients to restore their homes or businesses.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

• A starting hourly rate of $31.95 per hour, depending on experience.
