Experienced Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team at Allay Restoration Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to finish carpentry, including hanging and taping drywall, texture blending and matching, and installing cabinetry, casing, crown molding, and flooring.

• Hanging and taping drywall and texture blending and matching
• Basic framing repairs, including subfloor and subdeck repairs and underlay installation
• Painting walls, trim, and other items requiring paint matching or color change
• Installation of cabinetry, casing, crown molding, baseboard, flooring, vinyl sheeting, and insulation
• Meet time requirements for tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Perform occasional demolition work as required

• Understanding of all phases of construction
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clear motor vehicle record
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction trades
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Friendly, honest, professional, and outgoing personality
• Ability to work well with clients to restore their homes or businesses
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

• Starting hourly rate of $31.95 per hour, depending on experience
