Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive experience at our racetrack and casino.
- Transaction Processing: Complete transactions and documentation in accordance with racing regulations and company policies, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Currency Exchange: Exchange all currency for mutuel betting, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Bank Balance Management: Maintain an accurate bank balance, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
- Supply Management: Keep work areas clean and supplies stocked, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar position is preferred.
- Racing and Gaming Knowledge: Must be knowledgeable about racing, gaming, and all applicable regulations.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in all transactions.
- Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand or sit for the duration of the shift, and be able to bend, stoop, reach, and lift as needed.
- Licenses and Certifications: Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
