Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Manager Replenishment Manager to lead our store team in achieving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the team to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage the truck process and lead the team to meet standards, achieve KPIs, and manage team performance.
  • Execute and support planogram processes (POGs) to standard.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and maintain seasonal sets and feature spaces to visual merchandising standards.
  • Interact with customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
  • Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Requirements:

  • Retail merchandising and customer service experience preferred.
  • Able to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.

Work Environment:

Public retail store setting with climate-controlled public areas. Some stock rooms may not be climate controlled, and outdoor work may be required.
