Barnard Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Crane Rigger to join our team for the Chimney Hollow Reservoir project in Loveland, Colorado. As a Crane Rigger, you will be responsible for safely and effectively rigging and hoisting materials, ensuring the successful completion of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Must possess competence in rigging loads and have extensive experience and training in the field.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Ability to exert heavy physical effort, handling average weight objects up to 25 pounds, and to work in extreme weather conditions.
- Must be able to correctly rig and hoist material, tolerate heights without fear, and maintain balance.
- Able to work long, irregular and varied hours, 50 to 70 hours per week.
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, reach for, handle, and manipulate items.
- Confined Space, OSHA certifications (preferred).
- Ability to safely and effectively perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
