Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to assess and treat individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in schools, healthcare facilities, or private practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients with speech, language, and communication disorders to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance communication skills and improve overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and progress reports.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on effective communication strategies and techniques.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • A current SLP license in the United States.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or adult patients in various settings.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification is preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
