**Job Title:** Homecare Nurse - Pediatric and Adult Patients

**About the Job:

  • We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work with pediatric and adult patients in their own homes for overnight shifts (7PM-7AM)

**Responsibilities:

  • You will utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to clients receiving contracted services
  • You will initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions as patient status and needs change
  • You will incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals
  • You will intervene as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and report such changes to appropriate physicians or supervisors
  • You will administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor and document their effectiveness

**Requirements:

  • You must be a current Registered Nurse (RN) licensed for the state in which you practice
  • You must have a current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation)
  • You must have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • You must have a current BLS card
  • Prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience is preferred

**Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
