About the Role:
We seek an experienced AI Enterprise Solutions Architect to work with our Data Science team on building next-generation AI-powered enterprise applications using the C3 AI Platform. You will collaborate with researchers, data scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts to define new generative AI capabilities that provide customers with critical information for informed decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy Generative AI solutions for industrial customers.
  • Collaborate with Generative AI experts from C3, Inc., customer teams, and academia to identify and implement innovative solutions using cutting-edge research on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
  • Drive the adoption and scalability of Generative AI offerings within C3, Inc.'s products.

Requirements:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Robotics, or equivalent fields.
  • Applied Machine Learning experience, including regression, classification, supervised, and unsupervised learning.
  • Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
  • Proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience working with machine learning and natural language processing techniques and tools.
  • Experience with Generative AI models, including GPT, VAE, and GANs, as well as their hyperparameters.
  • Experience with retrieval methods, such as using embeddings.
  • Experience with key Python packages for data wrangling, machine learning, and deep learning, including pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, torch, transformers, and LangChain.
  • Ability to drive projects independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with embedding model training and retrieval method evaluation approaches.
  • Experience with LLM architectures, adapters, Mixture of Experts (MoEs) pretraining and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Experience with design, deployment, and evaluation of LLM-powered agents and tools and orchestration approaches.
  • Experience with reinforcement learning approaches in the context of fine-tuning LLM outputs.
  • Experience with time series analysis and multivariate time series modeling.
