HomeWell Care Services - Metro West is seeking dedicated and experienced Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide exceptional care for clients in the MetroWest area.
Available Shifts: We offer flexible scheduling with options for 4-hour, 3-hour, and 15-hour shifts during the day, evening, and overnight, seven days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and maintain hygiene for clients.
- Assist in transferring clients using a HOYER lift with the support of another caregiver.
- Help clients with physical therapy exercises as per their care plan.
- Adhere to the established care plan consistently.
- Perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Provide daily updates to the agency and family through text or care notes.
