POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Operate the hotel shuttle vehicle to facilitate guest transport
  • Ensure the shuttle vehicle is well-maintained, including routine cleaning and refueling
  • Confirm guest details and guarantee secure transportation
  • Comply with traffic laws and safety standards
  • Report any incidents or accidents accurately and promptly
  • Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Prohibit personal use of the shuttle vehicle

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong communication abilities
  • Reliable and service-oriented

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Prior experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

A clear criminal background check is mandatory.

SUPERVISORY ROLE:

This position does not entail any supervisory duties.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
