Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Control Manager to lead our cost planning activities, oversee cost estimation and administration groups, and implement and manage cost planning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost estimation and control processes to support customer quotation and production planning.
  • Oversee the development of hourly machine costs and labor rates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Establish and communicate cost targets for new products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost targets are achieved and profitability is maintained.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business-related field.
  • 10+ years of related manufacturing experience, including 5 years of supervisory experience.
