Spa Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Attendant to join our team at the Woodstock Inn & Resort. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our spa guests.

• Welcome and escort guests to the spa, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Describe and showcase our spa amenities, including locker rooms, bathrooms, showers, sauna, and jacuzzi.
• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing of spa areas, restock linens, and collect laundry.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
