With over 35 years of expertise supporting more than 1500 locations nationwide, our certified technicians deliver tailored support and repair solutions that enhance equipment longevity, minimize downtime, and protect our clients' financial interests.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Service Repair Specialist to become an integral member of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on paint and electromechanical systems at major retail outlets. This position involves servicing locations within a 3-hour radius of your designated service area for up to 2 weeks each month, including overnight travel for an average of 2 weeks monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on equipment and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on systems while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
  • Utilize hand and power tools for assembly, disassembly, and repair of machinery.
  • Respond promptly to on-site preventative maintenance service requests within contractual timelines.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, supervisors, and team members.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least two years of experience in equipment repair or a combination of relevant training and experience.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems; ability to interpret schematics.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to representing the company positively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and drive for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at heights exceeding 6 ft.
  • Willingness to travel 2-3 weeks per month is essential.
