Job Title: Work Crew Lead Janitor

Job Summary:

Russell Nesbitt Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Work Crew Lead Janitor to oversee and supervise a team of janitorial staff providing cleaning services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain a cleaning schedule to ensure all areas of the office building are cleaned regularly.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working condition and properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and client communications.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of direct janitorial experience.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Neat appearance and professional demeanor.
