Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Crew Leader to oversee and supervise a work crew providing janitorial services for a specific client of Russell Nesbitt Services, Inc.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and lead a team of janitors to ensure high-quality cleaning services are delivered to clients.

  2. Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  3. Develop and maintain a cleaning schedule to ensure all areas of the office building are cleaned regularly.

  4. Train and mentor new team members to ensure they understand the company's expectations and standards.

  5. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

  6. Ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.

  7. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the office building, including cubicle areas, chairs, desks, computers, and accessories.

  8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements

  1. Minimum of 3 years of direct janitorial experience.

  2. Ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach.

  3. Valid driver's license.

  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.


Working Conditions

The Work Janitor Crew Leader position is an hourly, non-exempt position.
