Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise and stock bread and cake products on a company-assigned restock route at various retail partners, adhering to the stop sequence and established service times to drive efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to the fresh market policy by rotating products to maximize shelf life and ensure proper rotation of products (First in, First out).
  • Restock and straighten out shelves and displays at each service, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Check in and communicate with store management at each visit, establishing and maintaining a sound, professional working relationship with key personnel.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and ensure cleanliness of an organized workspace.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and have or obtain a reliable means of transportation to and from stores.
  • Must be able to work Sunday and Wednesday morning, with flexibility to work some holidays that fall on Sunday and Wednesday.
  • Must be able to regularly lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have similar experience.
