Job Overview

Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking a skilled Floral Merchandiser to join our team. As an On Call Floral Specialist, you will be responsible for caring, merchandising, and selling fresh-cut flowers at multiple retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care for and merchandise fresh-cut flowers at multiple locations
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently
  • Travel to multiple locations during shifts and have reliable transportation

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $20.00
  • A guarantee of 8 hours per month with additional shifts available as needed
  • Benefits including on-the-job training and specific skills training
  • A route allowance for working multiple locations within a shift

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn about and care for fresh-cut flowers
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good time management skills
  • Reliable transportation and a smart phone
  • Availability to work during our holiday season (November through mid-May)
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Physically able to push/pull/lift up to 40 lbs. on an ongoing basis
  • Comfortable bending, stooping, and lifting products above your shoulders
  • Ability to stand and walk on an ongoing basis throughout the shift
