Job Title: Behavioral Health Clinician Pro Fee Services

Overview

M Health Fairview is an award-winning nonprofit health care system with a commitment to driving a healthier future. We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team in River Falls, WI and Woodbury, MN. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to maximize behavioral and overall health care.

Responsibilities

  • Complete diagnostic evaluations and provide consultation to the team regarding diagnostic impressions, recommendations, and strategies to engage patients in health and behavior change.
  • Support the team with the day-to-day management of complex patients and provide brief evidence-based direct care to patients.
  • Engage in population health activities to support risk stratified populations.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology with emphasis on clinical practice.
  • MN state license, eligible to be licensed in the State of Minnesota and eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities.
  • Experience in providing diagnostic assessments and direct evidence-based clinical services to children and adults.
