At Bartlett Roofing, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofer II to join our team in Boise, ID. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems, including single-ply membranes, shingles, metal roofing, and coatings.

This role involves operating and maintaining tools such as welders, nail guns, generators, and compressors while adhering to all safety requirements and protocols on the job site. You will conduct thorough inspections for maintenance and repair contracts, accurately documenting findings for both company and client records.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in single-ply installation to NDL specs, 2+ years of shingle installation experience, and 2+ years of experience in Metal Roofing installation. You must also be able to lift up to 80 lbs, kneel, stand, and bend for extended periods of time.

We offer a competitive salary range of $25-35/hour DOE, paid weekly. Our benefits package includes medical/HSA/vision/dental benefits with generous employer contribution, 401k with up to 3% Company Matching, and a highly encouraged work-life balance.
