Pharmacy Technician Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to ensure seamless prescription fulfillment.
  • Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations, demonstrating a genuine commitment to patient care.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient medication dispensing.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory compliance standards and ensure all medication needs are met.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (or actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting (preferred).
  • PTCB National Certification (preferred).
