Job Overview

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team at Constitution General Agency LLC. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for various financial tasks including reviewing files and reports, managing purchase orders, reconciling bank accounts, and performing data entry.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $14.00 - $16.00 per hour. Our office is located in person, and the schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift with occasional weekends as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and willingness to learn new skills. Prior experience in customer service and data entry is a plus, especially if you have experience with QuickBooks.
