About the Role

The Finance division is seeking a Senior Financial Strategy Partner to work in close collaboration with executive and operational leadership. This role will provide comprehensive financial planning, reporting, analysis, and strategic support to facilitate effective business management.

The responsibilities include:
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership within the US Operations Business Units, particularly in the Financial Services sector.
  • Offering critical advisory on structuring commercial sales agreements to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
  • Collaborating with the Deal Desk and Revenue Recognition teams to guide Sales on optimal deal construction.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to promote SAS and assist in negotiations as necessary.
  • Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Contributing to the formulation of policies governing commercial sales deal structures.
  • Ensuring ongoing alignment across all Finance functions and the broader business in the development and execution of plans, policies, and controls.
  • Utilizing market intelligence and competitive insights to inform strategic targets and initiatives.
  • Overseeing the management of divisional budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success and enhance accuracy in financial submissions.
  • Delivering regular financial management reports, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for executive review.
  • Employing financial models to simulate scenarios and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Leading Finance and cross-functional projects as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial analysis.
  • Proven track record as a business partner to senior leadership.
  • Experience with ASC 606 standards.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to build effective relationships across various levels and functions.
  • A commitment to curiosity, passion, authenticity, and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or CPA certification.
  • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards relevant to the technology sector.
  • Experience in a large multinational software or services organization.
  • Ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects.
  • Advanced financial analysis skills and a strategic mindset.
