Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee property and facility maintenance, including landscaping and cleanliness.
  • Complete necessary rental agreements, receipts, insurance documents, and other required paperwork.
  • Manage the collection of rent, fees, and other payments owed to the facility.
  • Maintain tenant records using the provided computer system; prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and requested reports.
  • Issue required legal notices to tenants.
  • Conduct courtesy and collection calls, document interactions in tenant files, and follow up on past-due accounts.
  • Initiate collection processes and manage delinquent accounts in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Ensure vacant storage units are clean and ready for rental.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives and accurately track promotional programs as directed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in management, customer service, or retail sales is essential. Strong telephone communication skills are critical for success in this role. Candidates must be available to work weekends.

Experience in apartments, hotels, or storage facilities is beneficial but not mandatory. Proficiency in computer skills is an advantage.

A background check will be conducted prior to employment. A valid Driver's License is required.
